Job Summary

Main Responsibilities
  • Deliver safe and effective nursing care to patients, taking into account their individual needs and preferences.
  • Conduct comprehensive assessments of patients' nursing requirements and develop individualized care plans.
  • Implement and evaluate the effectiveness of care plans, making adjustments as necessary.
  • Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless care transitions and optimal patient outcomes.
  • Provide education and support to patients and their families, promoting health and well-being.
  • Participate in quality improvement initiatives and contribute to the development of policies and procedures.
Requirements
  • Registered Nurse with current registration and a valid license to practice.
  • ENB 998 or MSSP qualification.
  • Experience working in a neonatal unit or similar setting.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Knowledge of current issues in neonatal nursing and research-based practice.
