Job SummaryThe successful candidate will be responsible for providing high-quality nursing care to patients in our neonatal unit, working collaboratively with our multidisciplinary team to ensure the best possible outcomes.
Main Responsibilities- Deliver safe and effective nursing care to patients, taking into account their individual needs and preferences.
- Conduct comprehensive assessments of patients' nursing requirements and develop individualized care plans.
- Implement and evaluate the effectiveness of care plans, making adjustments as necessary.
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless care transitions and optimal patient outcomes.
- Provide education and support to patients and their families, promoting health and well-being.
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives and contribute to the development of policies and procedures.
- Registered Nurse with current registration and a valid license to practice.
- ENB 998 or MSSP qualification.
- Experience working in a neonatal unit or similar setting.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Knowledge of current issues in neonatal nursing and research-based practice.
