Health and Safety Manager

A highly motivated and experienced HSEQ Manager is required to join our client's team based near Aylesbury. This is a fantastic opportunity for a qualified professional to further develop their Health and Safety career in a stable and rewarding company that champions best practice and continuous improvement.
About the Role:The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Health, Safety, Environmental and Quality management, with experience of implementing, maintaining, managing and developing HSEQ management systems and ISO standards within a manufacturing, production, construction, hire plant, machinery industry or similar.
Key Responsibilities:- Conduct risk assessments, action plans, audits, investigations, manage training and reports on HSEQ performance.
- Ensure Quality Management systems and environmental management systems are maintained to ISO standards, liaise with regulatory bodies and keep up to date with changes in legislation and best practice.
- Good Health, Safety, Environmental and quality management experience within the manufacturing, construction, plant hire, production, process plant machinery industries or similar.
- Qualifications: NEBOSH Diploma qualification or equivalent level Health and Safety qualification and/or higher Degree in Health and Safety, Degree in Quality Management or a Degree in Environmental Sciences or equivalent level experience.
- Good ISO management experience and knowledge of HSQE legislation and ISO standards ISO9001, ISO 14001 and ISO 45001.
- Full UK driving licence and own vehicle to get to remote industrial site daily.
