Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled Litho Finisher to join our Production team at a leading manufacturer in the industry. As a Litho Finisher, you will be responsible for operating various specialist equipment, including Guillotines, Mailers, and Saddle Stitchers, to ensure high-quality production.
Key Responsibilities:
- Operate machinery such as Guillotines, Mailers, and Saddle Stitchers to produce high-quality products
- Ensure compliance to ISO accreditations and H&S processes to maintain a safe working environment
- Work collaboratively with a team of 4 to achieve production targets
- Report to the Production Supervisor to ensure seamless communication and coordination
- Work Monday to Friday, 14:00-22:00, with optional overtime as business needs require
Requirements:
- Previous experience as a Litho Finisher or similar role
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong attention to detail and quality control skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
