We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Band 5 Staff Nurse to join our Acute Cardiac Care unit at Harefield Hospital. As a key member of our team, you will provide high-quality patient care and contribute to the delivery of excellent patient outcomes.
Key Responsibilities- Deliver direct patient care to cardiothoracic patients in conjunction with the multidisciplinary team.
- Work collaboratively with colleagues to ensure seamless care delivery and effective communication.
- Participate in the development and implementation of care plans to meet the individual needs of patients.
- Contribute to the maintenance of a safe and supportive work environment.
We are looking for a registered nurse with a strong commitment to patient care and a passion for working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. You will have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively as part of a team.
Essential criteria include a UK NMC Pin number and the ability to practice within the scope of the NMC Code of Professional Conduct. Desirable criteria include experience of supervising junior staff and awareness of the structure and organisation of the wider NHS.
