Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Group Health, Safety and Environment Systems Manager to join our team at GS2 | B Corp™. This is a pivotal role that will report directly to the Head of Group HSE and lead the management and development of the newly established Group HSE technology system.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and implement software-based HSE technology systems to drive continuous improvement in HSE performance.
  • Lead the management and development of the Group HSE technology system, ensuring robust HSE governance and performance outcomes across the organisation.
  • Collaborate with various functions to integrate and continuously develop HSE systems, driving optimisation and improvement initiatives across the group.
  • Engage with diverse stakeholders, including internal teams and external partners, to support the organisation's commitment to safety.
  • Develop and implement strategic system roadmaps to enhance HSE practices across multiple divisions operating globally.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Safety Management, Environmental Science, or a related field, or equivalent professional qualifications in HSE.
  • Proven track record in project and programme management leading technology-focused safety initiatives and managing HSE data and systems, preferably Cority.
  • Effective communication and influencing skills, with the ability to work with technical and business audiences, including senior leadership.
  • Strong analytical and critical thinking skills, with the ability to thrive in a cross-functional working environment.
