Position Overview
A dedicated Support Worker is sought to provide essential assistance in a private setting. This role involves working full-time, primarily during weekdays, with potential for occasional weekend and overnight shifts.
Key Responsibilities:
- Performing household tasks such as laundry, cleaning, and meal preparation.
- Accompanying the employer for shopping and outdoor activities.
- Facilitating appointments and leisure activities.

- Mobility assistance, ensuring safety at all times.
- Personal care and hygiene support.
- Engaging in activities that enhance the employer's quality of life.
- Maintaining a clean, safe, and hygienic living environment.
Additional Requirements:
- Adhering to health and safety protocols.
- Managing health risks effectively.
- Establishing and maintaining clear communication.
- Upholding confidentiality standards.
Work Environment:
This position is based within the employer's residence.
Compensation and Hours:
Weekend shifts may be required, with hours to be discussed directly with the employer. The pay rate is £11.44 per hour.
Candidate Qualifications:
- Experience in caregiving or support roles.
- Dependable and motivated individual.
- Organizational skills and a valid driver's license.
- A sense of humor and patience.
- Ability to meet the employer's needs and perform domestic tasks.
- Flexibility, reliability, and honesty are essential.
- Good physical fitness is necessary.
- An enhanced DBS check will be required.
