Job Title: Employment Solicitor - Dispute Resolution/Litigation

Simpson Judge Ltd is seeking an experienced Employment Solicitor to join our team in Cardiff. As a key member of our Employment department, you will be responsible for advising clients on a wide range of Employment Law issues, including:

  • Discrimination claims
  • Harassment
  • Settlement agreements
  • Unfair dismissal
  • TUPE transfers
  • Restructures/redundancies
  • Contractual issues

You will also be responsible for:

  • Drafting HR policies and procedures
  • Training and supervising staff
  • Building new and existing client relationships
  • Attending networking events

We are looking for a proactive and experienced Employment Solicitor who has a strong understanding of Employment Law and is able to provide expert advice to clients. You will have a proven track record of dealing with complex Employment Law issues and will be able to demonstrate your expertise in this area.

The successful candidate will have:

  • Experience in Employment tribunal litigation
  • Advocacy experience (desirable)
  • Fluent Welsh speaking and writing skills (desirable)
