Key Responsibilities- Customer Service: Provide a warm and welcoming experience for all customers, responding to their queries and resolving any issues in a professional and courteous manner.
- Store Operations: Assist the store management team in maintaining a safe and secure shopping environment, identifying and communicating risks, and completing safety and security checks.
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with the store team to achieve sales targets, maintain high standards of customer service, and promote a positive and inclusive store culture.
- Inventory Management: Assist with the management of stock levels, ensuring that products are displayed in an attractive and appealing manner, and that stock is accurately counted and recorded.
- Loss Prevention: Monitor and report any potential security risks, and work with the store management team to implement measures to prevent stock loss and reduce shrinkage.
- Previous Retail Experience: We are looking for someone with previous experience working in a retail environment, preferably in a supervisory or management role.
- Excellent Communication Skills: You will need to be a confident communicator, able to build great relationships with store teams, customers, and visitors.
- Self-Motivation: You will be self-motivated and able to use your initiative to achieve sales targets and maintain high standards of customer service.
- Team Player: You will be a team player, able to work collaboratively with the store team to achieve sales targets and maintain a positive store culture.
- Competitive Salary: We offer a competitive salary of £28,256 per annum, plus bonuses and commission-led incentives.
