We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Support Worker to join our team at Meallmore's Alderwood House in Dumbarton. As a Support Worker, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality care and support to our residents, promoting their wellbeing and independence.
Key Responsibilities- Provide person-centred care and support to residents, adhering to their individual care plans.
- Contribute to creating a positive and supportive environment, engaging in activities that promote residents' wellbeing.
- Work collaboratively with colleagues to ensure seamless care delivery.
- Carry out personal care duties, maintaining residents' dignity and respect.
- Working towards SSSC registration requirements.
- SVQ level 2 or above/equivalent in Health and Social Care.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
