Buscamos un técnico de ensamblaje experimentado y dedicado para unirse a nuestro equipo de manera permanente en Enterprise Control Systems Ltd.

Responsabilidades Principales
  • Asamblea de productos ECS y ensamblajes de cables según instrucciones de ensamblaje detalladas (AI), esbozos o instrucciones verbales.
  • Realiza ensamblaje de PCB con precisión a mano, utilizando soldaduras y componentes SMT.
  • Cumple estrictamente con el proceso de producción, asegurando que todas las unidades cumplan los estándares establecidos por los inspectores de calidad.
  • Realiza operaciones de ensamblaje utilizando un microscopio o dispositivos de aumento cuando sea necesario.
  • Asume la responsabilidad completa del ensamblaje e inspección de productos hasta la etapa de prueba de fabricación.
  • Sigue estrictamente los procedimientos de ESD (Descarga Electroestática) de la empresa.
  • Trabaja según los estándares IPC-A-610 y IPC-WHMA-A-620.
  • Colabora con otros departamentos para asegurar una transición suave de prototipos de productos a pruebas.
  • Identifica y reporta cualquier problema durante la fabricación, como el uso de componentes inapropiados, directamente al gerente o supervisor de línea y autoridad de diseño. No se permiten cambios sin aprobación.
  • Sugiere e implementa mejoras en los procesos de ensamblaje, mejorando la eficiencia de los productos y sistemas.
  • Apoya la transición de nuevos diseños desde Ingeniería a producción, asistiendo en la construcción de prototipos cuando sea necesario.
  • Proporciona asistencia con otras etapas de fabricación para ayudar a cumplir con plazos apretados.
  • Asegura que todos los productos y módulos se construyan según la documentación, cumpliendo con los procedimientos DAOS.
  • Cumple con todas las regulaciones de salud y seguridad relevantes.
  • Participa activamente en y apoya el proceso de mejora continua a lo largo de la organización, en línea con el Sistema de Gestión de la Calidad de Enterprise Control Systems.
Requisitos y Experiencia
  • Amplia experiencia en ensamblaje y soldadura, especialmente con componentes SMT.
  • Competencia en trabajar según los estándares IPC-A-610 y IPC-WHMA-A-620.
  • Atención al detalle fuerte y capacidad para identificar y abordar problemas en el proceso de ensamblaje.
  • Actitud colaborativa, con capacidad para trabajar efectivamente con equipos interfuncionales.
  • Compromiso con la calidad, la seguridad y la mejora continua.
