About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and ambitious Clinical Development Specialist to join our clinical team at Manual. As a key member of our team, you will play a crucial role in shaping the future of healthcare.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assess Medical Questionnaires: Evaluate medical questionnaires from patients across various clinical categories to provide accurate diagnoses and treatment plans.
  • Engage in Digital Consultations: Conduct high-quality, meaningful digital consultations with patients to address their health concerns and provide personalized care.
  • Provide Medicines Information: Offer proactive and assimilated medicines information and education to patients, prescribers, and other clinical staff to ensure optimal health outcomes.
  • Demonstrate Knowledge and Awareness: Showcase knowledge, awareness, and appreciation of men's health to provide comprehensive care and support.
  • Work within SOPs and Clinical Guidelines: Adhere to our Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), clinical guidelines, and clinical governance framework to drive continuous professional development and quality improvement initiatives.
Requirements
  • Registration with the GMC: Be fully registered with the General Medical Council (GMC) and hold a license to practice in the UK.
  • Experience in Digital Consultations: Possess experience in providing digital consultations to patients for a range of health conditions.
  • Team Player: Demonstrate a team player mindset and ability to work collaboratively with members of the clinical team and the business at large to provide holistic, high-quality care to patients.
  • Ambition and Drive: Showcase ambition and drive to continue learning and developing professionally.
  • Growth Mindset: Possess a growth mindset and ability to use constructive feedback for continuous development.
  • Experience in Online Prescribing: Have experience in online prescribing and attention to detail to produce high-quality consults.
