Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced Senior Project Manager / Contracts Manager to join our team at CSC Recruitment Ltd. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for leading and managing site teams, overseeing client needs and requirements, and ensuring projects meet cost, time, and quality specifications.

Responsibilities:

  • Establish and maintain efficient communication and collaboration with internal and external stakeholders to support project requirements.
  • Develop strategies to minimize risks and uphold project compliance standards.
  • Contribute to the formulation of client briefs and delivery strategies, taking charge of design management, procurement, and execution of schemes.
  • Organize, plan, and oversee internal and external meetings related to projects.
  • Lead the procurement process for necessary services and works essential for project delivery.
  • Possess a grasp of budgets and estimates, and the capability to assess and question proposals put forth by contractors.

Requirements:

  • Minimum of 15 years' experience as a Senior Site Manager / Contracts Manager.
  • Black CSCS / SMSTS / First Aid qualified.
  • Exceptional communication skills to facilitate collaboration with diverse stakeholders.
  • Robust organizational abilities, demonstrating the capacity to manage multiple projects.
  • Willingness to travel and stay away as needed.
