Senior Project & Change Manager

We are seeking a dynamic Senior Project & Change Manager to drive impactful change initiatives across our product groups. As part of our Transformation Team, you will lead on planning, designing, and delivering HR/Organisational change projects, working with a team of experts in project management, change management, business testing, and product ownership.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead on planning, designing, and delivering HR/Organisational change projects
  • Work with a team of experts in project management, change management, business testing, and product ownership
  • Drive impactful change initiatives across our product groups

Requirements:

  • Strong people skills and ability to engage stakeholders across the business
  • Thorough understanding of change and project management methodologies, including agile and waterfall approaches
  • Flexibility and adaptability, with a willingness to tackle a variety of projects
