About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Project Coordinator to join our team at MBDA. As a key member of our Project Control function, you will play a critical role in ensuring the successful delivery of our projects.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Project Health: Validate individual project assessments and identify issues and risks for discussion with the project team.
  2. Schedule Assessment: Steer the validation of project-level schedules to ensure accuracy and coherence with program planning principles.
  3. Integrated Baseline Management: Lead the generation of the integrated baseline schedule to successfully deliver the program in accordance with planning principles.
  4. Costs to Go (and associated EAC): Validate project-level costs to go as accurate and appropriate, including assessment of outlying forecasts, to support the EAC.
  5. Risk and Opportunity Management: Lead all schedule risk analysis across projects where SRA is appropriate.
  6. New Business: Participate in bid team activities, ensuring project management 'basics' are appropriately considered and implemented.
Requirements
  1. Planning experience, ranging from detailed planning to summary-level milestone delivery plans.
  2. Capability in creating and maintaining project structures (WBS/CBS/OBS).
  3. Experience in generating and analyzing project performance data (schedule, resource, and cost).
  4. Ability to perform and analyze SRA/Critical Path Analysis/EVM.
  5. Experience of project management toolsets (SAP/ARM/Primavera/Oracle Unifier).
  6. Knowledge of baseline management and change control.
  7. Accountability for project data, owning the quality of the project control reporting suite.
  8. Understanding and involvement in project estimate at completion/forecast cost at completion reviews.
  9. Risk & Opportunities / What-If analysis.
