Ce que vous ferez : Nous recherchons un Analyste Financier Senior pour élaborer des états financiers mensuels primaires tels que le compte de résultat, le bilan, le flux de trésorerie et les sections de rapport au conseil, conformément aux normes comptables. Vous serez également responsable de la gestion de l'environnement de contrôle financier interne et de la préparation des budgets et prévisions pour les états financiers principaux et les coûts fixes.
  • Réconcilier le bilan d'essai et enregistrer les écritures nécessaires pour garantir que les rapports de fin de mois sont conformes aux normes comptables.
  • Produire des états financiers primaires, en utilisant le modèle convenu, à soumettre au Groupe dans les délais impartis.
  • Préparer le commentaire de fin de mois pour le bilan, le flux de trésorerie et les coûts fixes à inclure dans le rapport pertinent.
  • Produire des prévisions de bilan, de flux de trésorerie et de coûts fixes pour inclusion dans la soumission du site.
  • Surveiller l'environnement de contrôle financier interne établi pour garantir que les normes actuelles sont respectées.
  • Produire une analyse des coûts fixes et un commentaire d'accompagnement pour fournir des informations sur les tendances clés et proposer des actions correctives.
  • Surveiller les dépenses d'investissement par rapport au budget et aux prévisions pour garantir que les dépenses sont dans les limites convenues et que les exceptions sont signalées.
  • Maintenir le registre des immobilisations fixes en veillant à ce que tous les éléments soient clairement identifiés, attribués aux projets pertinents et réconciliés avec le bilan d'essai.
  • Gérer, diriger et développer l'Assistant Comptable pour garantir que les processus d'affaires sont suivis.
Ce que nous recherchons :
  • Qualification ou niveau final (ACA, ACCA, CIMA) ou QBE.
  • Gestion des systèmes financiers et contrôle interne.
  • Leadership d'équipe / gestion de personnel.
  • Connaissance des normes comptables.
  • Connaissance de base de l'impôt sur les sociétés et de la TVA.
