Key Responsibilities- Provide administrative support to the Saxon Suite team, ensuring efficient and effective patient pathways.
- Monitor patient target lists and advise the wider team on capacity and demand issues.
- Ensure patient admissions and discharges are recorded accurately and in a timely manner.
- Deal with patient queries and provide excellent customer service.
- Liaise with staff at all levels to ensure seamless communication and collaboration.
- GCSE English Language and Maths at Grade C or equivalent.
- Clerical experience, with a focus on customer care and data entry skills.
- Ability to work under pressure, prioritize tasks, and maintain attention to detail.
- Understanding of NHS targets, Outpatient, Inpatient, and Choice & Access functions.
- Confidentiality and medical terminology knowledge.
