About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Digital Transformation Consultant to join our team at Capita. As a key member of our Digital Consulting team, you will play a critical role in helping us strengthen our capabilities and drive innovation in the field of Artificial Intelligence (AI).

Key Responsibilities
  • Work closely with internal and external stakeholders to define, prioritize, and rank business problems and AI solutions.
  • Analyze and validate product/solution ideas, taking into account desirability, viability, and feasibility, and recommend next steps.
  • Manage the product/solution development process from ideation to development and launch.
  • Drive cross-functional alignment and consensus on product/solution priorities.
  • Collaborate with engineering, design, and other stakeholders to prioritize roadmap items.
  • Help stakeholders productionize results of AI solutions.
  • Drive discoveries of new product ideas.
  • Produce AI solution design documentation.
  • Test and iterate products based on feedback from users; design and conduct A/B testing.
  • Contribute to developing a Capita-wide AI delivery strategies and product management framework.
Requirements
  • Demonstrable experience as a product manager/consultant and/or business analyst, developing AI products and solutions from inception to productization in an enterprise setting.
  • Experience working as part of a multidisciplinary, agile team to deliver user-centered AI applications.
  • Proven experience in shaping or contributing to your company's AI strategies.
  • Practical knowledge of MLOps, with demonstrable success in scaling AI or data products.
  • Strong technical knowledge and understanding of key AI domains, with a focus on GenAI technologies.
  • Knowledge of regulatory and ethical considerations in AI.
  • Demonstrable commitment to learning about AI through your own initiatives, such as courses, books, or side projects.
  • Substantial experience in at least two of the following domains:
-Product management or delivery management
-Business analysis, or / and
-Business development or consultancy in relation to AI solutions
Preferred Skills
  • Experience in Azure / GCP / AWS tooling.
  • Knowledge of machine learning algorithms and techniques.
  • Consultancy experience.
