About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Finance Manager to lead our Divisional Finance operation. As a key member of our Finance team, you will be responsible for providing financial advice to our Managing Director and Management Team, and contributing to the overall management of the business.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Financial Leadership: Provide strategic financial guidance to the Managing Director and Management Team, and lead the Divisional Finance operation to achieve business objectives.
  2. Financial Planning and Analysis: Develop and implement financial plans, forecasts, and budgets to support business growth and success.
  3. Financial Reporting: Ensure accurate and timely financial reporting to stakeholders, including the Managing Director and Regional Finance Director.
  4. Financial Management: Manage all financial aspects of the Division, including cash management, payment processing, and financial systems.
  5. Team Management: Lead and develop a high-performing Finance team, providing coaching, training, and development opportunities to ensure they have the skills and knowledge to succeed.
Requirements
  1. Professional Qualification: A professionally qualified accountant with considerable post-qualification experience in a senior commercial accounting role.
  2. Financial Analysis and Planning: Highly numerate individual with strong IT and financial analysis skills, coupled with the ability to interpret data and assess impacts on the business.
  3. Leadership and Management: Proven leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and develop a team to achieve business objectives.
  4. Communication and Interpersonal Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders at all levels.
