Join our team as a Senior Mortgage Consultant. We are looking for an experienced mortgage expert to become a vital part of our thriving organization.


This role provides an exceptional chance to utilize your skills in a nurturing environment, with incoming leads from our dedicated team ensuring a consistent stream of business.


What We Offer:

  • Competitive base salary of £31,000 with potential earnings of £60,000 (commission structure to be detailed)
  • Company vehicle or a £3,500 car allowance from the start
  • Opportunities to upgrade to premium vehicles (Audi, Jaguar, or BMW)
* 33 days of paid leave (increasing with tenure), plus an additional day for your birthday

  • Holiday commission
  • Incentives for top performers

Work Schedule:
5 days a week including Saturdays (typically 2 Saturdays off each month)
Monday to Friday: 08:30 – 17:30

Saturday: 09:00 – 17:00

Option to work remotely 1 day per week

Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform thorough client needs evaluations
  • Recommend appropriate mortgage solutions from a wide range of options
  • Promote additional insurance products
  • Achieve and surpass performance benchmarks
  • Collaborate with colleagues for cross-selling opportunities
  • Cultivate client relationships to encourage repeat business
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory standards and maintain precise documentation

Qualifications:

  • CEMAP 1 (minimum) qualified or equivalent, or Competency Advisor Status (CAS)
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in mortgage advisory
  • Driven and motivated by success
  • Professional, articulate, and well-presented
  • Ambitious and self-driven
  • Ability to thrive in a high-pressure environment
  • Valid driving license
  • Excellent interpersonal skills
