The Role

As an Outreach Tutor at New Way Tuition Ltd, you will play a vital role in providing education and mentoring to students who do not attend mainstream education due to reasons such as SEN, Social, Emotional, and Mental Health (SEMH), or risk of permanent exclusion. Your expertise will be invaluable in helping these students catch up with their peers and achieve their academic goals.

Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver one-to-one and group sessions in subjects including basic Maths, English, PSHE, and other core subjects.
  • Develop and implement personalized learning plans to meet the unique needs of each student.
  • Work collaboratively with our team to ensure seamless support and guidance for our students.
  • Contribute to the development of innovative solutions and strategies to support students with SEN.
