We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate individual to join our team as a Funeral Operative. As a key member of our team, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of our funeral services.
Key Responsibilities:- Participate in funerals as a chauffeur or pallbearer
- Contribute to the 24-hour on-call rota
- Transfer deceased persons with care and dignity
- Care for and present deceased persons
- Lining and fitting of coffins
- Valeting the fleet of vehicles
- Assist with housekeeping duties to maintain a clean and serviceable environment
- A keen interest and desire to work within the funeral profession
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- A full, clean driving license
- A professional, caring, and empathetic disposition
- Smart personal presentation
