We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Early Years Teaching Assistant to join our team at Qualiteach Ltd. As a key member of our staff, you will provide essential support to our pupils, enabling them to access learning and achieve their full potential.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide individualized support to pupils, promoting their social, emotional, and academic development.
- Assist teachers in planning and delivering engaging lessons, ensuring a high-quality learning experience for all pupils.
- Help to maintain a safe and organized learning environment, adhering to health and safety protocols.
- Support the management of pupil behavior, promoting positive relationships and a respectful classroom culture.
Requirements:
- Level 3 qualification in EYFS or equivalent.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with pupils, teachers, and other staff members.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
- Flexibility and adaptability, with a willingness to take on additional responsibilities as needed.
