About the Role

As a Reliability Maintenance Engineer at Amazon TA, you will play a critical role in ensuring the smooth operation of our equipment and facilities. Your primary responsibility will be to perform proactive and preventative maintenance tasks on a wide range of site equipment, including mechanical and electrical systems.

Key Responsibilities
  • Perform routine maintenance tasks, such as lubrication, cleaning, and inspection of equipment
  • Conduct proactive and preventative maintenance tasks to minimize downtime and ensure optimal equipment performance
  • Respond to breakdowns and perform repairs, fault diagnosis, and troubleshooting
  • Use advanced tools and technologies to maximize equipment effectiveness and efficiency
  • Collaborate with senior colleagues and contractors to ensure seamless maintenance operations
  • Work on continuous improvement projects to enhance maintenance processes and best practices
About the Team

Our Reliability Maintenance Engineering team is a technically-minded group of professionals who work together to maintain, troubleshoot, and repair equipment across our global network of fulfillment centers. We are a team of excellent team players guided by experienced leaders who oversee the team as they work on exciting technology.

Requirements
  • Served a full Engineering indentured apprenticeship and/or qualified to a minimum of NVQ level 3 or equivalent in a relevant Engineering subject
  • Relevant experience as a qualified engineer, preferably in mechanical and/or electrical maintenance
  • Advanced proficiency in the local language verbally and in writing
