About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Executive Support Specialist with a strong track record in financial services or executive search to join our team at ISE Partners. This role will see you form a true strategic partnership with a passionate and motivating leader, who is key to driving the success and development of their team and is best suited to someone who has strong stakeholder management and problem-solving skills.

Key Responsibilities
  • Form a strategic partnership with a senior leader to drive team success and development
  • Manage multiple calendars and coordinate travel arrangements
  • Provide administrative support to the senior leader, including inbox management, actioning, and responding on their behalf
  • Manage and update the CRM, including key contacts and logistics
  • Coordinate general document management, including printing, filing, and binding, and maintaining electronic records
  • Liaise with external stakeholders and assist with ad hoc projects as required
Requirements
  • Minimum 5-8 years of experience as an Executive Assistant or Project Coordinator within an executive search or financial services firm, or a professional, established environment
  • Ability to work in an office a minimum of 3 days per week, with flexibility to work from home as needed
  • Bachelor's degree preferred (but not essential)
