Paraplanner Role

We are seeking a skilled Paraplanner to join our team at Vision-FS Recruitment, a leading Financial Services Recruitment business. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing high-quality support to our Financial Planners and contributing to the growth of our Administration team.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Conducting research to identify suitable solutions for clients within specified timescales.
  • Summarizing recommendation options and drafting letters and suitability reports for a range of products and providers.
  • Thinking independently to formulate individualized client reports.
  • Updating client records and business trackers promptly and accurately.
  • Supporting the team in developing processes and ideas.
Requirements:
  • Level 4 qualified.
  • At least 2 years' paraplanning experience, preferably holistic.
  • Intelligent Office experience is ideal.
  • Experience with EIS/VCT/Structured Products is a bonus.
Remuneration Package:
  • Up to £45,000 salary, depending on experience.
  • 25 days' annual leave.
  • Annual bonus.
  • Pension (5%, 5%).
  • Study support.
  • Private Medical.
  • DIS.
  • Up to 3 days per week working from home.
  • Pathway to become a Financial Adviser.
