Join a leading global manufacturing firm as a Procurement Analyst within their esteemed Purchasing Team.

As a vital member of the procurement division, your responsibilities will include:

  • Sourcing and Negotiation: Engage in sourcing, negotiating, and contracting for designated spend categories on behalf of various departments.
  • Supplier Relationship Management: Cultivate and maintain effective partnerships with suppliers and internal stakeholders.

Key Qualifications:

  • Extensive procurement experience with a proven history of achieving cost reductions.
  • Strong grasp of the complete Supply Chain and Supplier Relationship Management processes.
  • Technical knowledge of procurement practices within the Pharmaceutical, Food Supplements, and Cosmetics sectors.
  • Proficiency in SAP or similar ERP systems, along with general skills in MS Office.
  • Excellent command of English, both written and verbal; additional language skills are advantageous but not mandatory.
  • Demonstrated project management capabilities, with the ability to handle multiple complex initiatives.
  • Experience in commodity management and project sourcing.

Role Responsibilities:

  • Conduct supplier RFQs for projects, including materials and capital expenditures.
  • Represent the procurement department in project meetings, proactively identifying and communicating potential delivery risks.
  • Support and manage the commercial relationships between the Project Management Office and external suppliers to ensure customer requirements are met.
  • Perform Supply Gap Analysis, including CDA GAP analysis and implementation.
  • Oversee supplier agreements and contract execution.
  • Manage compliance with Cost of Poor Quality (COPQ) standards.
  • Participate in supplier performance management reviews.
  • Negotiate supplier pricing and terms, ensuring accurate SAP maintenance.
  • Provide coverage for the Procurement Manager during periods of absence.
  • Utilize appropriate procurement methodologies in line with strategic and commercial objectives.
