Join a leading global manufacturing firm as a Procurement Analyst within their esteemed Purchasing Team.
As a vital member of the procurement division, your responsibilities will include:
- Sourcing and Negotiation: Engage in sourcing, negotiating, and contracting for designated spend categories on behalf of various departments.
- Supplier Relationship Management: Cultivate and maintain effective partnerships with suppliers and internal stakeholders.
Key Qualifications:
- Extensive procurement experience with a proven history of achieving cost reductions.
- Strong grasp of the complete Supply Chain and Supplier Relationship Management processes.
- Technical knowledge of procurement practices within the Pharmaceutical, Food Supplements, and Cosmetics sectors.
- Proficiency in SAP or similar ERP systems, along with general skills in MS Office.
- Excellent command of English, both written and verbal; additional language skills are advantageous but not mandatory.
- Demonstrated project management capabilities, with the ability to handle multiple complex initiatives.
- Experience in commodity management and project sourcing.

Role Responsibilities:
- Conduct supplier RFQs for projects, including materials and capital expenditures.
- Represent the procurement department in project meetings, proactively identifying and communicating potential delivery risks.
- Support and manage the commercial relationships between the Project Management Office and external suppliers to ensure customer requirements are met.
- Perform Supply Gap Analysis, including CDA GAP analysis and implementation.
- Oversee supplier agreements and contract execution.
- Manage compliance with Cost of Poor Quality (COPQ) standards.
- Participate in supplier performance management reviews.
- Negotiate supplier pricing and terms, ensuring accurate SAP maintenance.
- Provide coverage for the Procurement Manager during periods of absence.
- Utilize appropriate procurement methodologies in line with strategic and commercial objectives.
