We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Kitchen professional to join our team at Little Gems Country Dining. As a Roaming Chef, you will be responsible for leading our kitchen operations across two food-led pubs, ensuring the highest standards of food quality and presentation.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement seasonal menus, working closely with the culinary team to create innovative and delicious dishes.
- Train and mentor junior chefs, promoting a culture of excellence and continuous improvement.
- Manage kitchen inventory, ordering, and compliance, ensuring efficient and cost-effective operations.
- Collaborate with the management team to drive business growth and development, identifying opportunities to enhance the customer experience.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in a senior kitchen role, with a strong track record of leadership and team management.
- Excellent culinary skills, with a passion for creating high-quality dishes and menus.
