Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Paint Sprayer to join our team in Burnley. As a Paint Sprayer, you will be responsible for preparing and painting carbon and metallic components, ensuring high-quality finishes and adhering to customer and process requirements.

Key Responsibilities

  • Prepare and paint carbon and metallic components, including water break testing, masking, and de-masking.
  • Ensure accurate completion of job cards and environmental control throughout the paint process.
  • Utilize 5S principles for Operational Excellence.
  • Take care of yourself, colleagues, the company, and community to build a sustainable business.
  • Carry out responsibilities as outlined in the Company's Health and Safety Policy.
  • Use control measures associated with aerospace coatings.
  • Provide excellent quality products and superior service to stakeholders.
  • Develop a common culture of quality basics throughout the organization.
  • Ensure ownership of quality controls associated with special processes.
  • Internal and external audits, safety audits, and close-out of A & B actions.
  • Identify areas and propose solutions to reduce costs and improve quality.
  • Control consumable spend within the paint shop area.
  • Measurable efficiencies and cost savings.
  • Deliver tasks to stakeholders on time and in full.
  • Expediting line-side shortages in line with customer needs.
  • Work collaboratively with stakeholders to meet their needs and foster a Great Place to Work culture.

Requirements

  • Experience in paint spraying, ideally from an automotive or aerospace environment.
