Radiotherapy Services Manager

The North Wales Cancer Treatment Centre is seeking a highly motivated and experienced individual to lead the delivery of the radiotherapy service for the patient population of North Wales.
Main Duties- Manage the Radiotherapy Service delivery within the context of National and local service frameworks.
- Work collaboratively with other radiotherapy departments in Wales to achieve the All Wales Quality metric waiting times for radiotherapy.
- Contribute and influence future and strategic planning and subsequent business case development and operational implementation.
- Provide professional leadership and strategic development of radiographers from practitioner to Consultant grades in line with the Radiotherapy Operational plan.
