Job Title: Nursery Assistant

We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Nursery Assistant to join our team at Beaumont House in Twickenham. As a bank staff member on a Zero hour contract, you will provide support as and when needed, working closely with our experienced team to deliver outstanding care for children.

About the Role

As a Nursery Assistant, you will be responsible for providing stimulating and purposeful experiences, environments, and resources to children that are appropriate to their age and stage of development. You will enhance the all-around daily needs of children, including their physical, intellectual, social, and emotional development. You will also assist with embedding an effective key person approach to enable children to form secure attachments.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Work within a team to support all children and team members within your room.
  • Understand and ensure that the requirements of the curriculum are being met.
