Role Responsibilities:

We are currently looking for a Solar Installation Electrician to collaborate with a Roofer/Panel Installer as a two-person team. Your primary duty will be to install Solar PV systems on residential properties within the Reading area.

Daily Tasks:

Typically, you will complete one installation per day. Prior to your arrival, all necessary scaffolding, tools, and site preparations will be arranged, including a comprehensive technical survey of the location.

Essential Qualifications:

  • 18th Edition Certification (Mandatory)
  • NVQ Level 3 Qualification (Mandatory)
  • 2391 Test & Inspection Certification (Mandatory)
  • Minimum of 2 years' experience in domestic electrical work

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience in wiring Solar PV systems
  • Experience in installing Battery Storage Systems
  • 2372 or 2399 Qualification
