Provide essential support and care to clients within the designated service.
Assist with personal care needs for identified clients.
Actively participate in assessing and managing client risk in a composed and clear manner.
Organize client meetings and facilitate the involvement of Client Inclusion and Training representatives.
Ensure compliance with policies and procedures regarding medication management within the facility.

A satisfactory enhanced DBS and Adults Barred List check are required for this role, and job offers are subject to the Trust receiving satisfactory evidence of the successful applicant's right to work in the UK.
