GLL is actively seeking a dedicated Senior Lifeguard to enhance our team.

In this pivotal role, you will supervise a group of lifeguards, serving as a mentor and role model while also being responsible for training initiatives. Attention to detail is crucial as you will ensure the safety of our patrons and maintain the cleanliness of the aquatic environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee and guide the lifeguard team
• Participate in regular pool rotations
• Ensure the pool area is clean and well-maintained
• Set up and manage equipment
• Deliver exceptional customer service
• Address customer inquiries
• Support your team with daily tasks, including preparing facilities for various activities and maintaining the overall cleanliness of the center

What We Are Looking For:

• Knowledge of health and safety regulations
• A collaborative team player
• Possession of a National Pool Lifeguard Qualification (NPLQ) with current training records is preferred; however, training can be provided upon successful completion of a swim test
