Strategic Business Partner

We are seeking an experienced Business Manager to support our Chief Operating Officer (COO) and their leadership team in achieving business objectives. As a key member of our team, you will work closely with stakeholders across the organization to drive interdepartmental collaboration and provide executive-level advice.
Key Responsibilities- Ensure the COO leadership team is set up for success to achieve objectives and key results (OKRs).
- Work together effectively with the COO leadership team through regular interactions and strategic working sessions.
- Confidently challenge and motivate the COO leadership team, holding them accountable to deadlines and ensuring progress is made on agreed OKRs.
- Act as a conduit to connect other AXA Commercial teams with the COO leadership team, ensuring operational issues are resolved in a timely manner.
- Ensure the COO leadership team is fully prepared for key strategic meetings, discussions, and presentations.
- Drive and take ownership of departmental engagement communications.
- Own and drive ad-hoc strategic projects, delivering immediate business value.
