Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced Operations Leader to join our team at Prince Personnel Limited. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for overseeing the successful delivery of customer projects, from order through to installation.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement operational strategies that support business growth
- Lead daily operational activities across design, purchasing, planning, and installations teams to ensure a cohesive and positive customer experience
- Identify and implement process improvement opportunities
- Monitor key data and statistics relating to projects and utilize data for informed decision making
- Manage performance and ensure projects run smoothly and efficiently
Requirements:
- Proven track record of success in a similar role, with at least 5 years of experience in operations or general management within a fast-paced construction-related project management business
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to make data-driven decisions
- Excellent leadership and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively communicate and collaborate with cross-functional teams
- Deep understanding of business operations and best practices
- Proficiency in project management methodologies and tools
- Previous experience in roles such as Operations Manager, Head of Operations, Senior Project Manager, Contracts Manager
- Knowledge and experience in steel fabrications would be advantageous but not essential
