Store Manager - Food and Beverage Operations

Aviserv is recruiting for a leading Australian Food & Beverage brand launching into the UK. As a Store Manager, you will be instrumental in working closely with food and coffee, engaging with customers, and leading a team to deliver exceptional service.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Direct and assist staff to achieve the highest level of service.
  • Address and resolve customer concerns and complaints promptly.
  • Maintain exemplary standards of service and food hygiene in a busy environment.
  • Ensure the kiosk area is clean, organized, and well-stocked.
Requirements:
  • Previous management experience in a Food and Beverage environment is essential.
  • Fine-tuned management and organizational skills.
  • Creative flair and genuine interest in the company products.
  • Experience in the field is required.
  • Flexible availability, including weekends and holidays.
