About the Role
- Provide expert-level technical support for our bespoke applications, with a focus on SQL Server and SQL queries.
- Work closely with our engineering team to ensure timely resolution of tickets and support for our US-based team.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and implement process improvements.
Key Responsibilities
- Respond to and resolve technical issues in a timely and professional manner.
- Develop and maintain knowledge of our applications and technologies.
- Communicate effectively with clients and internal stakeholders to understand and address their needs.
Requirements
- Strong background in technical bespoke application support.
- Expert-level skills in SQL Server and SQL queries.
