Rural Land Management Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced Associate Director to join our Rural Land Management and Consultancy team in Oxford.

The successful candidate will be responsible for acting as principal agent for a selection of key estate management clients, undertaking estate and farming business reviews, assisting clients with the promotion of strategic land, and secured lending and other professional valuations.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Act as principal agent for key estate management clients
  2. Undertake estate and farming business reviews
  3. Assist clients with the promotion of strategic land
  4. Secure lending and other professional valuations
Requirements

The ideal candidate will be a competent and experienced MRICS qualified rural surveyor with experience of delivering work across a range of projects. They will also demonstrate team leadership potential, capable of building relationships with existing and new clients and generating new opportunities.

The successful candidate will possess a composed manner in order to be able to work under pressure, good time management and ability to prioritise workloads, accuracy and attention to detail, excellent communication skills, and a confident manner with clients and the team.
