The ideal candidate will have a strong background in software engineering, excellent leadership skills, and experience working in an agile culture. They will be responsible for creating an agile/lean ethos, driving technical decisions, and ensuring the team's success.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Lead a team of Frontend Software Engineers and provide guidance on technical decisions.
  2. Develop and maintain a cloud-based, decoupled architecture.
  3. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive business objectives.
  4. Ensure the team's success by creating an agile/lean ethos and driving technical decisions.

Requirements:

  1. Background as a hands-on software engineer.
