We are seeking a highly skilled Health, Safety, and Environmental (HSE) Coordinator/Advisor to join our team at CV Library. As a key member of our organization, you will play a crucial role in driving the implementation and maintenance of our ambitious HSE improvement program.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver safety, health, and environmental improvement activities to ensure a safe working environment.
  • Provide competent advice and coaching to employees on HSE matters.
  • Support the Health, Safety, and Environment Manager and Operations Teams in achieving HSE goals.
  • Ensure compliance with all relevant health and safety legislation.
  • Conduct root cause analysis to identify and mitigate potential hazards.
  • Develop and implement training programs to enhance employee knowledge and skills.
  • Review and update management system procedures to ensure compliance with ISO standards.
  • Conduct workplace audits and inspections to identify areas for improvement.

Requirements:

  • At least 3 years' experience in a similar role.
  • Relevant degree qualification or equivalent.
  • IOSH qualification.
  • Experience in a similar manufacturing/FMCG environment.
