Job Title: Children's Complex Carer Nights
Location: Newark On Trent
Job Type: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: Starting £ per hour, completion of training and signed off - £ per hour
Hours: Night shift 3 shifts per week working ALTERNATE weekends
About the Role:
We are seeking a warm and friendly individual who has a passion for young people's wellbeing and a caring and patient nature to join our team as a Children's Complex Carer Nights. The successful candidate will work with a baby boy who is 8 months old, who has bronchomalacia and a tracheotomy ventilated 24 hours a day.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide high-quality care and support to the child and their family
- Work collaboratively with the healthcare team to ensure the child's needs are met
- Develop and maintain a strong relationship with the child and their family
- Participate in training and development opportunities to enhance skills and knowledge
Requirements:
- Experience working with children with complex needs
- Understanding of the developmental and educational needs of children and young people
- Current Clinical Competence is advantageous, but not essential as full training will be provided
- NVQ level 2 or above in the relevant area is desirable

We support children and families in their own home to care for their children. We also support children in educational settings to continue with their education, and to achieve their goals and aspirations.
