Nurse Leader

Allegra Care Home Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced Registered Nurse to join our team in a leadership role, working 48 hours a week during the night time. If you take pride in your work and are looking for a new challenge, our care home may be the perfect fit.

As a Nurse Leader, you will be responsible for leading a team of Care Partners and Care Companions, helping to deliver high-quality care to our residents. Our household care model encourages social interaction and community engagement, with single resident rooms and communal areas.

Our residents are involved in daily activities to promote a sense of home and community, including domestic tasks and social events. You will have the opportunity to build relationships with our residents and their families, and contribute to a positive and supportive work environment.

We are looking for a qualified RGN/RMN with a caring and positive attitude, a genuine enjoyment of teamwork, and a desire to deliver exceptional care. If you are interested in dementia care and new models of clinical excellence, this could be the perfect opportunity for you.
