Financial Director

Bowen Eldridge Recruitment is seeking a highly skilled Finance Manager to join their team in Cardiff. As a key appointment for the Finance team and wider business, this role will oversee the daily activities of the team and be involved with strategic projects.
Key Responsibilities:- Financial Reporting: Produce management accounts in an accurate and timely manner, ensuring compliance with company procedures and processes.
- Team Management: Day-to-day management of the finance department, including liaising with the Finance Director on areas such as budgeting and cashflow management.
- Supplier Payments: Oversee the planning and arranging of supplier payments, ensuring accuracy and efficiency.
- Financial Insights: Generate necessary financial reports and provide financial insights for decision-making, collaborating with other departments as needed.
- Regulatory Compliance: Stay informed on regulatory compliance and financial best practices, ensuring the finance department remains up-to-date.
- Qualifications: ACA / ACCA / CIMA qualified or equivalent.
- Experience: Demonstrable experience of leading a team, with strong organisational and leadership skills.
- Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
