Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Linux and Windows Systems Administrator to join our team. As a key member of our technical staff, you will be responsible for providing high-level technical support and maintenance for our Linux and Windows environments.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide technical support and maintenance for Linux and Windows environments, including troubleshooting and resolving technical issues.
- Develop and implement scripts and automation tools to improve efficiency and reduce downtime.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration and delivery of services.
- Stay up-to-date with emerging technologies and trends, and make recommendations for improvement.
- Participate in on-call rotations and provide after-hours support as needed.
Requirements
- Minimum 5 years of experience in Linux system administration, with a strong understanding of Linux Operating System architecture.
- Hands-on experience with UNIX/Linux system administration, including managing large-scale distributed environments.
- Strong networking knowledge, including low-level networking concepts, bridging, routing, VLAN, TCP/IP, etc.
- Experience with Web Servers, Backups, Email, Package Management, Monitoring in a large-scale production environment.
- Scripting skills in Python, Perl, Shell, and Automation skills in Saltstack, Ansible.
- Development skills in C/Java is beneficial.
- Knowledge of ITIL Problem and Change management processes.
