The National Account Manager plays a critical role in managing a portfolio of the company's national accounts, ensuring maximization of performance and profit. Key responsibilities include:

  • Developing bi-annual business plans that deliver upon company goals and meet customer needs

  • Coordinating trade marketing and marketing activity within your accounts to ensure delivery of planned volume, distribution and profit targets
  • Maximizing account profitability through strategic business planning, including delivery of volume, revenue and margin, and creative promotional work and good use of data to provide category solutions
  • Working closely with accounts to gain joint agreement on objectives for sales growth while managing each account's selection process
  • Negotiating at senior level to ensure Spin Master Ltd maximizes the advantage of long-term supply agreements and optimizes all elements of the marketing mix
  • Accurate forecasting and working closely with the planning team to ensure stock is delivered to accounts as required
  • Flexibility regarding accounts managed
  • Maintaining and further developing the strong commercial and personal relationships between Spin Master Ltd and your account base, ensuring Spin Master Ltd remains a preferred supplier

What are your skills and experience?

  • Bachelor's Degree in Business, Marketing or related area
  • Retail experience either at store level or retail planning experience is an asset
  • Proficiency in MS Office software (Excel, Word, PowerPoint), SAP, Salesforce is an asset
  • Demonstrated organization, planning and communication skills
  • Ability to create and maintain business presentations, Excel files, read POS reports
  • Able to travel to the US and Ireland
  • Full clean driving license

Spin Master Ltd offers a hybrid working model with a minimum of 3 days in the office per week, so you would need to be located within commutable distance.
