About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Medical Science Liaison to join our team at Galderma. As a key member of our organization, you will play a critical role in developing and maintaining scientific engagement plans with key opinion leaders in the region.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and maintain a scientific engagement plan with key opinion leaders to provide comprehensive medical and scientific education to external stakeholders.
  • Establish and maintain relationships with key opinion leaders to gather insights that support Galderma's medicines and areas of interest.
  • Provide scientific and technical support to the field-based sales force, including non-promotional trainings, education, presentations, and other engagement.
  • Deliver credible scientific and medical presentations to key opinion leaders, healthcare professionals, and other stakeholders as needed.
  • Produce, review, and update scientific presentations and assets for assigned therapeutic areas.
  • Provide field-based support to assist Medical Information in dealing with enquiries.
  • Maintain knowledge and awareness of clinical research and publications in Dermatology.
  • Support Galderma research by identifying investigators, undertaking scientific exchange, and providing feedback and insight to medical and clinical teams.
Requirements
  • Medical, Pharmacy, or higher degree qualification in a relevant life sciences field.
  • Demonstrated experience in dermatology and/or biologics.
  • Previous experience in the pharmaceutical industry, particularly in a customer-facing role.
  • Demonstrable experience of developing and presenting scientific/medical content at various levels.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Ability to work in a team-oriented environment and partner with different stakeholders.
  • Demonstrated ability to organize, prioritize, and work effectively in a constantly changing environment.
