Job Title: Private Client Solicitor - Locum
Job Type: Full-time, Locum
Location: Kent
Salary: £45.00 - £55.00 per hour (DOE)
About the Role:
The successful candidate will handle a diverse caseload of private client matters, including wills, probate, trusts, estate planning, and powers of attorney. They will provide expert legal advice to clients, tailoring services to meet each client's unique needs. The ideal candidate will have at least three years of experience in similar roles, excellent communication skills, a dedication to exceptional client care, and a genuine passion for private client law.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle a diverse caseload of private client matters
- Provide expert legal advice to clients
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients
- Stay up-to-date with changes in private client law and regulations
- Work collaboratively with the team to achieve business objectives
