Working Pattern: Enjoy a standard 5-day working week with a competitive salary of £20,800, plus the potential to earn OTE of £55k (uncapped) along with a company car.
Key Responsibilities:
- Achieve monthly sales targets across various metrics including new and used vehicles, finance, insurance, and accessories.
- Develop strong relationships with customers to understand their needs and foster long-term connections.
- Follow up on customer inquiries and marketing initiatives to maximize engagement.
- Coordinate with customers and internal teams to ensure timely order and delivery of vehicles.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and appraisals in line with company standards.
- Evaluate part exchanges according to group guidelines.
Skills and Experience:
- Previous experience in automotive sales is preferred.
- Proven track record in closing sales transactions, including effective objection handling and negotiation.
- Exceptional customer service skills and a self-motivated approach to achieving targets.
- Strong communication abilities with a professional demeanor.
