About the Role:
We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Floor Porter to join our Accommodation Services Department on a permanent or casual basis. As a Floor Porter, you will play a vital role in consistently delivering memorable moments and five-star service to our guests and each other.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide exceptional service to guests, ensuring their stay is comfortable and enjoyable.
- Ensure the cleanliness and maintenance of guest rooms, corridors, and public areas.
- Work collaboratively with the hotel team to achieve excellent service standards.
- Participate in ongoing training and development to enhance skills and knowledge.
