Job Title: Locum Pharmacist Independent Prescriber

Hunter AHP is seeking a qualified Independent Prescribing Pharmacist to work with our GP surgery client in West London. As a specialist in medication reviews, you will play a crucial role in assisting the GP surgery with medications reviews and occasional support to the wider team with medication-related administrative tasks.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assist the GP surgery with medications reviews
  • Support the wider team with medication-related administrative tasks
  • Liaise with nurses and doctors within the PCN via MSTeams
  • Utilize EMIS Web experience to enhance medication management
  • Develop strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team
  • Commit to providing high-quality patient care
Requirements:
  • Prior GP surgery experience required
  • Med reviews role
  • Other admin-related tasks will be required
